Tickets to all of our shows are free to members of the public and are subject to our terms and conditions below

 

 

PLEASE NOTE OUR OVER BOOKING POLICY: All TV Companies overbook so we advise you arrive early as, sometimes not always we have too many people and maybe the last few at the back of the queue might not get in and once the studio is full those at the back of the queue will be turned away, and offered a guaranteed ticket for the next Loose Women show of their choice.  Overbooking is necessary to ensure there are no empty seats, as unfortunately a large proportion of people do not turn up.

 

We are issuing these tickets assuming you are coming from London/Home Counties area.  If you live outside of this area please call the office on 020 8532 2770/1.  So you are aware of the system, on the day of the show you will see two queues one for local audience members and one for coach/group bookings, priority tickets of people previously turned away and any long distance travellers.

 

PLEASE LET US KNOW IF YOU NEED TO CANCEL.

 

YOUR TICKETS WILL BE SENT BY EMAIL TWO WEEKS BEFORE THE SHOW. Please print them up and take them with you to the Studio.

 

The age limit for this show is 16 years and over.

 

Disclaimer: The Producers and Clappers Limited reserves the right to cancel the filming of the programme without notice to the ticket holder and without being liable to the ticket holder in any respect and similarly reserves the right to alter times of commencement and completion of recordings, also it reserves the right to change programme dates of the ticket holder if the need arises in the management of the studio audience, but will use its reasonable endeavours to give advance notice of any such changes where practicable.

 

 

 

THIS TICKET IS ISSUED SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

1.        This ticket is complimentary, not for sale, and is, under no circumstances, transferable and is issued by THE LONDON STUDIOS (the “Studio”) and ITV STUDIOS LIMITED (the “Producer”) in connection with the programme provisionally entitled “LOOSE WOMEN” (the “Programme”) which the Producer intends, but does not undertake to produce.

 

2.       Any tickets issued by Clappers Limited do not guarantee the ticket holder admission to shows, we reserve the right to cancel these tickets prior to any ticket date. A ticket does not guarantee admission to the studio complex, Admission is subject to studio capacity and we advise arriving in good time as seats are not allocated.

 

3.        Individuals under the age of 16 (sixteen) will not be admitted.

 

4.        The Studio and the Producer reserves to themselves in their absolute discretion the sole right to refuse admission to any person and to search individuals and/or their bags before permitting entry into the Studio. The Producer also reserves the right to cancel the filming of the Programme without notice to the ticket holder and without being liable to the ticket holder in any respect and similarly reserves the right to alter times of commencement and completion of recording. The Studio will use its reasonable endeavours to give advance notice of any such changes where practicable.

 

5.        The ticket holder is strictly forbidden from taking photographs, video or any footage in the Studio (e.g. by using any mobile phone).

 

6.        Tape recorders, radios, pagers and other forms of recording equipment are not to be taken into the Studio - this will also apply to food and drink. Mobile phones must be switched off upon entry into the Studio.

 

7.        Neither the Producer nor the Studio will be responsible for any travelling or other expenses incurred by the ticket holder; nor will they be responsible for any loss or damage to property or personal injury howsoever arising occurring to the ticket holder when on Studio or Producer premises except as provided by statute.

 

8.        In consideration of the Producer allowing entrance into the Studio to attend the recording of the Programme and your participation as part of the in-vision audience you irrevocably agree to the filming and recording of you and your voice (including any “performance” you may give) at the Producer’s sole discretion and the use of your contribution in whole or in part or not at all and you irrevocably grant all rights and consents or waive the same so as to permit the fullest use and exploitation throughout the world of your contribution or any part(s) thereof by the Producer in perpetuity by all means and in all media without limitation.

 

9.        Ticket holders are asked to follow strictly any directions and Health & Safety information given to them by the Studio or the Producer.

 

10.     People with disabilities and/or restricted mobility should call [02071574331] to make prior arrangements for their health, safety and welfare and if necessary, be accompanied by a competent helper.

 

11.     You undertake to the Producer that you will not give to any person or organisation any interview or make, give or release any statement or comment for publication by any means or medium relating to the Programme, the participants and contributors in the Programme (such as who are the winners of the Programme are), the Producer or the broadcaster of the Programme.

 

12.     The Producer reserves the right to change the name of the Programme at its sole discretion.

 

13.     Please note:

 

-         Warning for ASTHMATICS - due to some special effects for programmes it is necessary for us to use synthetic smoke.

 

-         Buses:1,4,26,76,77,149,168,171,176,188,211,341,501,505,507,521,D1,P11 X6.

 

-         Car parking: THERE IS CAR PARKING OPPOSITE THE STUDIOS

 

 Nearest tube / BR is Waterloo . On leaving the station, we  advise you to follow signs for The Royal Festival Hall,  when you get in front of The Royal Festival Hall  turn right proceed along this  road (Upper Ground) you will PASS The National  Theatre,   you will PASS the The Film Theatre and then you will see the IBM Building, we are NEXT TO THIS BUILDING, you cannot miss us we are the only TALL  building on the block - we are The London Television Studios.
